About the speaker

Portrait Mauricio Campos Suarez

Based in Basel, Switzerland, Mauricio Campos Suarez is an executive and team coach with more than 15 years experience of executive coaching, cultural transformation work, new ways of working and Agile. His certifications and accreditations include PCC by ICF (International Coaching Federation), EIA & ITCA by EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), LCP (Leadership Circle Profile) and ICP (Agile Certified Professional). A trained Systems Engineer, he graduated from UTN (Buenos Aires) and gained an Executive MBA from IE University.

Mauricio’s multi-faceted background includes working as an executive in large corporations as a change agent in enterprise transformations with a special focus on leadership development, customer experience, digital health innovation, ecosystem co-creation, and internal processes optimization. He is also the co-initiator of the Swiss IDG Hub and enjoys mentoring startups and founders, especially in the area of healthcare.

Mauricio lives by the principle that everyone is a leader. When people understand themselves and their system better, the impact (and unintended impact) they have, and identify their purpose, then they are in a great position to lead. His purpose is to help leaders and organizations drive their connection and engagement to create the best possible working environment where everyone feels valued and maximizes their effectiveness.
