Could your corporate 360 help change the world? We believe it could. If you are as curious about this possibility as we are, join us for a workshop exploring how the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) informs the Inner Development Goals that have been deemed necessary by each of us, in order to realize a better future for us and our planet.

Background

In 2015 the UN shared a blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet via 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries to ending poverty, improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.

There is a vision of what needs to happen, but progress along this vision has so far been disappointing. It seems that humanity lacks the inner capacity to deal with these increasingly complex challenges. However, modern research shows that the inner abilities we now all need can actually be developed. This was the starting point for the 2021 ‘Inner Development Goals’ initiative.

The workshop

Come gain further self-awareness, unlock your leadership potential and foster sustainable development with this interactive workshop. Our workshop is specifically designed for individuals who have completed the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) assessment, providing a platform to interpret your unique results, and explore how they might align with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs).

You will literally be able to ‘walk into’ the leadership circle using large scale mats on the floor where we can collectively and collaboratively investigate how a leader’s LCP results can be put to great use beyond their corporate success. They could literally be used to change the world!

You will participate in thought-provoking exercises, engage in meaningful dialogues, and interact with a diverse group of coaches, facilitators, leaders and peers who share your commitment to leadership growth and sustainable change.

We explore how your individual leadership can contribute to these larger, global objectives. Participants will be guided in assessing their personal development with a specific focus on the SDGs important to them.
By linking personal leadership development with the larger narrative of global sustainability, our workshop promises not only to enhance your individual capacities as a leader, but also to empower you to become a driving force in your personal commitment to sustainable development.

To make an impact in the realm of sustainable development, leaders must understand their inner world—beliefs, values, motivations—as these facets profoundly influence their actions and decisions. The LCP helps illuminate this inner landscape, providing a comprehensive map of your leadership competencies and tendencies.

Through our workshop, we will guide you in interpreting your LCP results within the framework of the Inner Development Goals. You’ll understand where you currently are on your developmental journey and identify the steps required to progress further. By aligning your LCP insights with your IDGs, you’ll be better equipped to create a personal development plan that resonates with your unique leadership style, supports your growth, and propels your contribution to sustainable development.

As coaches and facilitators, we are curious to explore how LCP results might help assess where one stands in terms of IDGs, which are essential to becoming an effective, conscious leader. This event is a win-win learning opportunity. You will gain personal insights about your own growth and put your LCP to use again, while at the same time, contribute towards our understanding of how existing LCP insights might inform where leaders are in terms of reaching the IDGs.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of their LCP results and their implications for personal development.
  • Understand how their leadership style can impact the achievement of the SDGs.
  • Obtain insight into how their LCP results inform the IDGs and might therefore contribute to the SDGs within their sphere of influence.
  • Contributed to a growing body of knowledge needed around the IDGs.

So pull that LCP out of your files, dust it off and come get curious with us!
